+ "When I join Wildbrand, am I locked in to a contract?"

Your contract with Wildbrand lasts as long as your project with us does, so depending on whether you sign up to our Academy, Brand Identity or Web Design plan, your contract length will vary. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information about your contract and/or ending your contract early.

+ "How long will it take to have my website up?"

There’s a number of variables involved here, but generally speaking, we allow between 8-12 weeks from start to finish. This of course depends on us getting content, feedback and approvals from you in a timely manner, so the more involved you are in the process, the faster we can get you and your brand up and running!

+ "Can't I just get someone on Fiverr to build my brand?"

Well, you can, but you'll probably find that you end up spending more time, money and effort in the long run then if you'd just done it professionally the first time 'round.

Shortcuts are great, but not when it comes to your brand. It will only end up costing you your hard earned cash. And sanity.

All too frequently we see brands trying to save a buck and end up with poor-quality work and an unprofessional brand and website as a result.

We only want the best for you, so we suggest you let the professionals take care of your brand. Okay?

+ "Can I just design my own brand?"

Absolutely, you can do it yourself, if you're that way inclined. But if you don't happen to be an expert at design, development, copywriting, marketing and e-commerce, we suggest you hire someone to take care of it for you.

We're firm believers that business owners should stick to what they do best and outsource the rest, and this is no exception. We guarantee you'll be far happier with the result at the end of the day if you commit to taking the professional route.

Your online reputation is too important to risk, which is why we think it's worth getting your brand and online store built by a professional. It'll save time, stress and headaches - everybody wins!

+ “Where are you based?”

We don't have a physical office space, simply because we don't need one! Our people are 'digital nomads' and can work from anywhere as long as they have a computer and the internet... Bless the digital age!

+ “Are all your people in Australia?”

We sure are, mate! Our fabulous team are all over Australia. One of our designers is travelling our sunburnt country in a yellow bus right now, in fact. We loooove to work from the road!

+ “Will my website be mobile optimised?”

Of course. If any one tries to sell you a website that’s not mobile-friendly, you should run in the other direction… To us, of course!

+ “Can I edit my website myself?”

Absolutely! When your website goes live, we'll hand over the keys and teach you how to drive it. All our websites come with a beautiful and super intuitive content management system so you can manage your own website without being held hostage by your IT guy. Winning!

+ “Who will I be dealing with?”

At the start of your project, you’ll meet with your Brand Manager, who will liaise with you every step of the way to make sure your brand and website comes to life seamlessly and exactly how you had envisioned it. If you're an Academy Member, you'll be working closely with our Brand Director, Carmen, who will guide you as you build your brand.

+ “Can you just re-do a small part of my website?”

We don’t take on small parts of a wider website project. That’s because we can have a far greater impact on the overall result if we are able to oversee every part of it and maintain consistency across all your touchpoints. Oftentimes, having someone re-do small parts of your website is more of a headache then it's worth and ends up costing you more money in the long run, so it's best to do it once and do it right!

+ “Will you just help me market my business?”

Sorry, we don't market on behalf of other businesses, but we will teach you how to market yourself better if you need some help. Too often we’ve seen businesses launch straight into marketing and advertising, but they don't yet have the basic foundations of a strong brand in place and they end up wasting a LOT of time and hard earned cash in the process. We don’t want that for you, so while we can teach you how to market yourself better via our Academy, we can't do your marketing for you.

+ “You guys are really into branding, huh? Why?”

Branding is about attracting clients, rather than having to hunt for them. It’s about telling the world who you are, what you do and what you stand for, and allowing people to decide if you’re for them or you’re not. The days of spammy, in-your-face marketing are over (finally!), and branding allows us to be authentically ourselves and still find 'our people' without having to try so hard. What's not to love about that!?
